enli and gulev

I'm very surprise because the days 23 to 25 of October start the enli and gulev, i attendent to enli at last an is the best and biggest FLOSS congress on mexico. (CONSOL is great too, but i dontlike the DF).

GULEV is a great conference too because with it comes very important people like Guido(python), Rasmus(php), Icaza[mono] an others great personality of opensource world. This years im seen for first time call of papers on gulev. Why do this ?¿ i think mikelds(congress chief) have the answer.

But The same time of ENLI ? is necesary ? Compare prices:

ENLI: $ 400/ $500 MX
GULEV: $1500/ $1900 MX
Students/Public ( at begining congress )

Enli haves his International invites, list of proporsal conferences, hotel, Site, partners.

Gulev only 6 params with poor info and site.

So on october where you will go ?
